Port Townsend-based Propolis Brewing handcrafts herbal ales inspired by Old World tradition, local resources and the rhythms of nature. And members of the Propolis team will be here on the first day of spring to share their unique beers with us.
They will be sampling:
Oud Bruin -- Flemish-style brown ale
Oak-aged Sour -- Bourbon barrel-aged saison brettanomyces
Cuvee Reserve -- Cognac foeder-aged saison
Sigrid -- Rustic Belgian-style Quad w/ Juniper & Spice
Flemish Pale -- Sangiovese-barrel aged saison
And we will be pouring Wild Woods Syrah barrel-aged wild ale with spruce tips in the biercafe!
