Connor Currie from Ale Apothecary teamed up with a couple of Nordic beer writers, Mika Laitinen and Jereme Zimmerman, to bring you a tantalizing Sahti. This collaboration was brewed at Ale Apothecary’s facility in Bend, OR, made from ingredients from Norway, Finland, and Oregon. This brew is a no-boil, raw ale fermented with Norwegian Kveik yeast. We all know Kviek is the newest (oldest) trend in the beer scene, but think about how this will taste when its brewed by the hands of folks who know it best!
