RAW Cider company will be here all the way from McMinnville Oregon tasting out two of their very complex and perfectly crafted ciders. Along with a free tasting in the bottle shop, they will be pairing their ciders with some very wonderful cheeses. You don’t want to miss this!
We will also have a draft ONLY option in the bar. So be sure to come by and check out some of the best cider in the market!!
CIDER ON TAP:
Porters Wickson - 8.4% A blend of porter's perfection and wickson crab apples. Incredibly well-balanced w/ tannins coming from porter's and acid coming from crab apples.
CIDERS IN THE BOTTLE SHOP:
Semi Dry - 6.9% A blend of Airlie Red and Karmijn de Sonneville apples from family orchard in Oregon. Aged on lees for a minimum of 9 months.
Brut Nature - 7.5% Traditional Method Sparkling Cider made from a blend of Airlie Red and Karmijn de Sonneville apples sourced from family farms in the Willamette Valley and Kings Valley in Oregon. This cider is completely dry with fine silky bubbles.
