We have picked Baerlic Brewing to be our Brewery Showcase for the month on June! Join us and the team from Baerlic as we celebrate great beer and great people! As always, we will also be benefiting a charity.

This month, Baerlic has picked Outside In.

"Since 1968, Outside In has supported youth experiencing homelessness and other marginalized people as they move toward improved health and self-sufficiency. Driven to meet the changing needs of those it helps, the agency has created an all-inclusive and integrated system of cutting edge and sometimes controversial wraparound services that has transformed and saved thousands of lives over the years."

WHAT EXACTLY IS A BAERLIC?

Say bear-lick…like a bear licking the foam off a frosty mug. Etymologically, it’s an old-English adjective meaning “of barley.” As in there’s beer and then there’s Baerlic beer! But feel free to use it when ever you want to describe something that you can’t get enough of. As in: “These waffles are baerlic!”

Baerlic says "The Beer Here Is Near And Dear", and they mean it! They strive to work in as close a proximity as possible for all of their ingredients, materials, vendors, supplies, and suppliers. That allows them to absolutely love the beer that they brew.

So, let's cheers to them all month long! We will have a couple events going on as well as Denim Vest Fridays! (It's a Baerlic Thing)

Where if you wear your denim vest on Friday's through the month of June, you will get an extra dollar donated to Outside In! You might also get a cool new patch to put on that Denim Vest.

Our first event is this Friday, June 2nd! We will kick things off right with a handful of taps taken over by Baerlic beer. The team should be here to answer any beer questions. So come on down!
